The ES1100 series switches are a solution for creating Fast Ethernet networks in an office environment. The ES1100-16P switch models support the IEEE 802.3af PoE standard, which will allow for easy installation in hard-to-reach places. Power up to 15.4W per port will allow you to power your network devices via CAT-5 cable – at a distance of up to 100 meters.

Switches series ES1100 provide high energy efficiency – with dynamic power regulation:

• Low link activity detection in 802.3az Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) – low network traffic is detected so that switch can adjust the power consumption of the link. The 802.3az function can be set by a switch on the housing.
• Detect inactive links – detection of inactive links or devices will reduce power consumption.
• Detection of wire length – this function adjusts power consumption accordingly and, based on the detected distance from the connected device, will reduce power consumption for nearby connections.
• No fans – quiet operation thanks to the design without active cooling, which makes ES1100 switches suitable for small rooms.
