The Ubiquiti Long-Range Ethernet Repeater (UACC-LRE) is a PoE extender with 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports that allows you to easily and cheaply extend the reach of your Ethernet network. With GbE RJ45 ports, the UACC LRE can receive PoE/PoE , while providing passthrough PoE output. It is also able to chain multiple UACC LRE adapters together to connect access points and cameras that are far away from the PoE switch. It works without problems in extreme temperatures (from -40 to 80 degrees celsius)

How UBIQUITI UACC-LRE works
This compact and budget-friendly module can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications. Simply connect a compatible network switch to the Gigabit Ethernet input port, then connect a remote device to the RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet passthrough port to transfer data and power. Multiple Ethernet Repeaters can be daisy-chained to create connections up to 1km long, operating at 100 Mbps and supporting up to 7W of power.
